Anthony Arviso, (owner)
Anthony strives to give the best in care to all that come to Enchantment Physical Therapy. He has a true love to help all. This Love is what fuels him to attend Continuing Education classes and learn as many techniques and concepts as possible to provide the greatest most comprehensive care to the people of the Gallup community as well as the Navajo Nation community.
Anthony graduated in 1997 from the University of New Mexico, in Albuquerque, with a Physical Therapy degree. He specializes in advanced manual therapy with aggressive therapeutic exercise protocols to get patients pain free. He also has training in Explain Pain concepts so he can teach patients what pain is, where it comes from, and how to get rid of it.
His goal is not to just turn off pain, but to get patients functional, healthy, and even athletic. He feels pain reduction is good, but his ultimate goal is to get people truly healthy so that they do not suffer depression, do not rely on medication, and can participate in all aspects of life.
Anthony hopes to help even more people over time by training others to become Physical Therapists or Physical Therapy Assistants by allowing students and perspective students into Enchantment Physical Therapy to observe and experience Physical Therapy through a strong volunteering program.
Anthony feels it is important to teach other professionals and students how to perform manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education so that they can be empowered and through them he can help more people.
Anthony desires to give hope to patients, students, and professionals by teaching with Love and a Serving attitude. He hopes that they can serve as a positive mentor to the local youth so they too can become Physical Therapists or healthcare professionals or even business owners. He especially hopes Native youth will be inspired and encouraged to chase their dreams.
